Specific conditions and terms of service for Adam Leipzig’s From Passion to Profits training program

Your tuition provides you with 7 months of access to the Library area for this training program. These 7 months will be calculated from day you place your order; for example, if you place your order on January 7, you will have access to the Library area until August 7 of the same year. During the time you have access to the content library, you are permitted to download any of the video, MP3 or PDF files that are downloadable and keep them permanently. You are not authorized to resell or transfer them to someone else.

Your tuition also entitles you to a “lifetime” membership to Adam’s newsletter and the Community Forum site. In this context, “lifetime” means for as long as Adam operates and provides the newsletter and Community Forum. If, at some point in the future, Adam ceases to operate or provide these services, the lifetime membership will be deemed complete. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Your activity in the Community Forum site is governed by our rules. You agreed to abide by these rules when you purchased your membership. By using the community Forum, you agree to continue abiding by our rules.

We want you to have a wonderful, positive, productive experience in our Forum areas. They are intended to be a respectful place where creative people and entrepreneurs can share ideas, resources, recommendations and support each other. If you violate our rules, that degrades the experience for everyone, and your account may be suspended or terminated without a refund at the sole discretion of management.

Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in our forums.

Treat others as you would want to be treated: That means only post information that’s true and accurate or your best considered judgment. Register only one user name and post only one profile.

Language: We encourage robust discussion and truthful exchanges, but we do not permit language that is hurtful, obscene, racist, sexually explicit or otherwise inappropriate or objectionable. Although we have no obligation to do so, we reserve the right to delete posts containing material that we, in our sole discretion, determine is objectionable or violates the rules or governing principles of the forum.

Solicitations and Advertisements: We know that many users of this Forum provide services that may be useful to others. We don’t object if you want to let people know what you do. However, if most of your posts are self-promotional, that degrades the experience for everyone. We’ll ask you politely to tone it down; if you don’t you may be suspended or terminated without a refund at the sole discretion of management.

Personal information: One of the benefits of our community is that you can find people you may want to get to know better, do business with, learn from, or have as accountability partners. But you need to be smart because you are in an online environment. Although this space is not open to the general public (it is a membership site), we do not perform background checks, nor do we verify the identity of any of the participants or the accuracy of information people post. So act responsibly for yourself. Don’t reveal any personal information other than your business email address if you want to have communications with someone outside of the forum area.

Post at Your Own Risk: You participate in the Forum at your own risk. We take no responsibility for the content or opinions posted. You take full responsibility for any and all use under your account and username, regardless of whether you’ve authorized it.

Refunds and returns

We love what we offer, but understand that it isn’t a fit for everyone. Here is our policy for refunds and returns.

For Adam Leipzig’s From Passion to Profit training program: Within the first 30 days after beginning your membership, if you don’t feel it has given you the value you were looking for, send an email to adam@adamleipzig.com and we will refund your money.

For Teleseminars or MP3 downloads: Up to 15 days after the teleseminar, or up to 15 days after placing your order for the MP3 download, if you don’t feel it has given you the value you were looking for, send an email to adam@adamleipzig.com and we will refund your money.
For the Get Started Teleseminar: Up to 30 days after the last session, if you don’t feel it has given you the value you were looking for, send an email to adam@adamleipzig.com and we will refund your money.

For the How to Get There Workshops in February, 2012, if, at the end of the workshop day you don’t feel it has given you the value you were looking for, tell Adam and we will refund your money. After that time, there will be no refunds.

For Coaching and Consulting: There is no refund for coaching sessions or consulting services after they have taken place. If you wish to cancel a coaching or consulting session, you must provide 48 hours’ notice, otherwise you will be charged for the session.

For Workshops: If you should cancel we will refund your payment, minus a non-refundable deposit if the cancellation is made at least 2 weeks prior to workshop date. All payments are non-refundable after the cutoff date unless the workshop/tour sells out and we are able to fill your spot. If your spot is filled you will be charged for your initial deposit only. We retain the right to cancel any workshop if we don’t have a minimum of 10 participants or due to bad weather. If we should cancel you will be notified by email and refunded the entire amount of your registration. We are not responsible for any other costs that you incur as a result of the cancellation.

For Group Coaching and Monthly Mastermind Groups: If you decide not to attend the group at least 24 hours prior to first session, you may receive a refund, less a $75 administration fee. If you are not satisfied with a group within the first 30 days, we will stop future payments from being debited from your credit card. If you have paid for the program in full, we will prorate refund for future months. There are no refunds or credits if you miss or skip a session.

For Downloadable Products: These are difficult to return, so we can’t offer a refund, but will gladly accept your suggestions for future electronic downloads.

All Other Products: At this time we do not offer physical products. When we do, if you receive a defective product, we will gladly exchange your merchandise within 30 days of your initial purchase, or refund your money if you are dissatisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase. Return and refund information will be included with each product shipped.

Any refund will be made in the manner of the original charge.

Consent to be recorded or filmed. Coaching calls may be recorded. If a recording is made, you will be clearly informed. We record calls so, in some cases, participants can get MP3s later, or so we may sell them to other clients who are interested. Workshops may be filmed. By signing up for a Workshop, you consent that filming/Videography may take place and you may appear on-camera. A separate audio recording may also be made at each Workshop. These audio and video recordings may be offered for sale at a later time.

What information do we collect?
